Terms of Service

You know I gotta do it... I'd appreciate it if you take some time to read it if you're considering commissioning! You're accountable to them whether or not you read them.----------------------------1.) Commissions will open and close with a post on Bluesky. The artist will try to keep their status updated in sync. However, if a customer asks for a commission after the time of the closing post, it will be denied, even if the status still reads open.2a.) First come first serve, but see below
2b.) The artist reserves the right to turn down any commission requests for any reason.3a.) Absolutely no explicit/NSFW commissions will be accepted. Do not send NSFW ref sheets either.
3b.) If the commission request is borderline, it will be up to the artist’s discretion. See 2b.4a.) Payment will be asked for up front.
4b.) If after two weeks the artist has not started the commission, the commissioner can request a refund.
4c.) The artist may decide to refund the customer themselves if the artist does not feel they can complete the art in a proper or timely manner.5.) The artist currently accepts PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.6.) With any non-sketch commission, the artist may decide to sketch the commission first before accepting the commission or the payment. The position of the commission in queue will remain from the time it was requested, not from the time it was accepted. The customer will not receive the sketch until the customer has paid the upfront cost.7.) The artist will send progress updates with the sketch, linework, colouring.8.) The customer may ask for two changes at no additional cost, but not after the shading process is complete. The cost of any change afterwards is up to the artist’s discretion.10.) Inconsistency in art is not a valid reason for refunds. If the customer is unhappy with the original sketch, they can be refunded down to the cost of the sketch.11.) The commissioner owns all rights to the completed commission, but the artist does reserve the right to share any commissions on their social medias.12.) Continued disregard of these terms or disrespect of the artist can lead to the artist no longer accepting commissions from the customer, along with any other actions the artist deems sufficient.13.)
